I have lower right achy pain in my back. I am actually left-handed and my body leans to the left. If I lay flat on a bed and do stretches. That usually relieves the pain for a bit. It just always comes back.
I can lift my arm up but with pain and the tips you have allows me to be able to lift my arm without hurt, my question is, will doing these movement fix my arm so that I have full use again or will I have to tuck my arm to lift it for now on?

In my experience, using a tennis ball for this purpose can be painful IF you hit the right spot and usually that's 'the good kind of pain' that brings sweet relief after treatment. 😌
Excellent explanation; I have a foam roller too and it's such a relief when you hear pops. Makes me gasp for a second but after that, breathing is much easier for days/weeks. But as you said, it's a short term solution (I think there's always an underlying issue like bad posture, lack of full body movement every day etc).

Very many thanks indeed for an excellent and informative video Dr Candy! I always loved exercise at school and in the holidays mum and my sister and I used to ride our bikes all the way to the sea (18 mile round journey), we all swam for as long as we could before the cycle home. My husband and I always did a lot of walking and aerobics until arthritis set in, even then we’ve both exercised as much as possible. Foolishly, in my youth I took up smoking, thankfully I quit 26 years ago, even so in 2020 I was diagnosed with mild asthma and copd, now I’ve learned that if I don’t exercise as much as possible I’ll become worse sooner! I now do exercises for copd which are here on YT, plus I walk diagonally from the side of the kitchen through to the bottom of the stairs and back for a count of 5 x 40 steps every hour. I always feel very chuffed with myself and look upon exercise as my friend! If others diagnosed happen to read this post, I really hope they do the same as me and hundreds of others. I so hope plenty of people listen to your video and learn from it as its amazing!!

I have cubital tunnel syndrome. And it becomes very hard to write anything plz sir let me know about good treatment, medicine or exercise plz.
One thing that may help is just to avoid resting your elbow on the desk. That's most likely how the ulnar nerve would get compressed when writing.
